Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested on a Bench Warrant

On Sunday, August 23rd, at approximately 8:30 am, Peterborough Police arrested Amanda HILL on the strength of a Bench Warrant held by the Cobourg Police Service for failing to attend court.
HILL was returned to the Town of Cobourg where she was charged with the following:

1. Failure to attend court after having appeared-Contrary to CC 145(2)(b) of the Criminal Code

HILL was held pending a bail hearing scheduled for later today.
