Cobourg Police – Two Suspects Charged With Break and Enter in Downtown

On Thursday the 16th day of April 2020, at approximately 4:30 p.m. Officers were dispatched to attend a business located in Cobourg downtown core, regarding an alleged break and enter into the premise.

As a result of a subsequent Police investigation 38-year-old William HADLEY of Cobourg was located arrested and charged with;

· Break and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence Contrary to Section 348(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada x 3

· Fail to comply with an Undertaking Contrary to Section 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada

· Failing to Comply with Probation Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code x 3

Additionally, 33-year-old Alisha KINCAID was Cobourg was charged with;

· Break and entering with intent to commit an indictable offence Contrary to Section 348(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada x2

HALDEY and KINDAID were held in custody, scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice, for a bail hearing on Tuesday the 20th day of April 2020.
