Warkworth Bulldogs Take The Loss Against Havelock Hawks in Leo League Midget Action

The Warkworth Bulldogs took on the Havelock Hawks in the Leo League Midget action in Warkworth on Friday, January 10, 2020.

The Hawks scored one goal in the first period and two in the third to take a 3-0 lead, but the Bulldogs fought back with two late goals.

With only 1:06 left in the third period, Bulldogs Michael Burgess scored with an assist by Kane McIvor.

And with only 31 second left in the game, Bulldogs Aidan Robson scored on the Hawks with an assist by Graison Morrison.

That was as close as the Bulldogs could get with the Hawks taking a 3-2 win.
