Cobourg Police – Arrest In Fail To Stop Collision

Cobourg Police have been investigating a recent fail to remain accident where a vehicle struck a light standard on D’Arcy St. This resulted in severe damage to the involved vehicle. The driver left the scene without reporting the incident to Police.

As a result of the investigation ,22 year old Cobourg resident Jordan Goody has been charged with the following Criminal offences;

Fail to Stop at Accident, contrary to sec.252 Criminal Code of Canada

Take Motor Vehicle without Consent, contrary to sec.335 Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was released from custody with a future court date.
