Two Vehicle Collision Results In Minor Injuries

Minor injuries were reported from a two vehicle crash on County Road 45 in Alnwick/Haldimand Township on December 2, 2018.

At approximately 3 p.m. two vehicles were traveling southbound on County Road 45 just north of County Road 9 when a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction went into oncoming traffic.

Taking evasive action the two southbound vehicles collided.  Neither of the drivers, or an infant passenger received serious injuries.

Both driver’s told Today’s Northumberland the vehicle that entered into oncoming traffic was a red vehicle, possibly Toyota and it did not stop.
