Two Paramedics Taken to Hospital Following Collision in Bowmanville

Two paramedics taken to hospital after their ambulance was struck by a dump truck on Highway 401 at Bennett Road in Bowmanville on Monday, January 5, 2026.

The ambulance was then pushed into a fire truck that was also at a scene of a vehicle rollover.

Extend of the paramedics injuries are unknown.

The 67-year-old driver of the dump truck is now charged with careless driving.
