Northumberland OPP – Investigating Commercial Break and Enter in Trent Hills

Members from the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a break and enter where liquor was stolen.

On November 22, 2025, at around 9:40 p.m., police received a report of a break and enter at a commercial premises on Front Street West in Hastings.

It was reported that a person had entered the location using a metal pry bar and proceeded to take a number of items from the business while it was closed.

The area was patrolled, and a local Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) attended the premises to assist with the investigation. Officers are following lines of enquiry, and an individual is sought in relation to the incident.
