Belleville Police – LLCA Charges After Male and Female Spotted Having Sex in Public

On April 10, 2025, at 11:00pm, the Belleville Police were dispatched to the downtown area regarding a report of a female and male engaging in sexual intercourse in public.

Police located both parties upon arrival.

When speaking to the male suspect, police determined that he was intoxicated and was unable to care for himself.

As a result, the 39-year-old male from Belleville was arrested for being Intoxicated in a Public Place and was transported to the Belleville Police Service.

He was later released when he was sober and was charged under the Liquor Licence Control Act.
