Hamilton Township – Community Meeting Regarding Development Proposal for the Lands Known as Hunco Farms

Giampaolo Developments invites all interested individuals to attend an upcoming meeting to provide input on a mixed-use Development Proposal regarding approximately 1600 acres on the lands known as Hunco Farms, located in the Township of Hamilton.

Please note that this is a preliminary proposal, and Council has not yet formally received a Development Application. This meeting offers community members an opportunity to learn more about the proposal and share their thoughts directly with the developers.

Date: Monday, November 4, 2024

Time: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Location: Baltimore Recreation Centre, 23 Community Centre Rd
