Quinte West OPP – Mischief to School Buses

Officers with the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating damage to numerous school buses.

On September 3, 2024, officers responded to a mischief call near West Street and Chester Road, in the City of Quinte West. Sometime overnight, four parked school buses were entered and damaged in a parking lot. The damage was extensive enough that the buses could not be used today. Currently, there is no estimate of the cost of damages.
