Cobourg’s Army Cadets Celebrate 25 Years of Excellence with Celebration

In Upcoming Events

For a quarter century Cobourg’s 88 Corps, Royal Canadian Army Cadets, has served our Northumberland communities as a premier youth organization. With an emphasis on adventure training, physical fitness, sports, drill, leadership, and citizenship, this incredible group remains free to join for all youth aged 12 to 18. We invite you to join us in an anniversary celebration!

On Saturday, July 27, 2024, a grand comedy show and dance will be held at Cobourg’s Lions Centre, 157 Elgin Street East, from 8 to 12 PM! Featuring the music and comedy of Two for the Show, this is an event for those 19 years old and up, as there will be a cash bar and food truck on site. Raffles for amazing prizes and so much more! Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door. All proceeds will be used to support the Army Cadets and their amazing ongoing activities.

Charlene Orrell, President of the Army Cadet League Ontario, says “”Twenty-five years of dedication, hard work, and success. Here’s to the past, present, and future!” “ Tickets can be paid for by e-transfer to donations88rcacc@gmail.com

It’s time to celebrate! We welcome all 88 Cobourg alumni, all past cadets from any service, and most especially – you! This event is open to the community at large! Army Cadets are a wonderful and inspirational part of our communities, and your support is vital. Please – come celebrate with us! For more information please contact:
