On September 28, 2026, members of the Belleville Police Service Drugs, Intelligence and Street Crime Unit executed two Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrants in the City of Belleville with the assistance of the Belleville Police Emergency Response Unit.
The first warrant was carried out at a west-end apartment, followed by the execution of a second warrant at another west-end apartment.
As a result, police seized:
· A quantity of cocaine
· $3,200 in Canadian currency
· 14 cell phones
As a result of police investigation, the following persons were arrested and charged:
Nicholas Geness, a 32-year-old Toronto man, was arrested and charged with the following offences and was held for a bail hearing:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Joshua Wyllie, a 26-year-old Toronto man, was arrested and charged with the following offences and was held for a bail hearing:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Terry Denison, a 63-year-old Belleville man, was arrested and charged with the following offences and was held for a bail hearing:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
· Arrested on outstanding OPP QW warrants
Jami Latham, a 41-year-old Belleville woman, was arrested and charged with the following offences and held for bail hearing:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
· Fail to comply with Undertaking X2
Jennifer Wilson, a 56-year-old Belleville woman, was arrested and charged with the following offences and was released on an Undertaking:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Che Copplestone, a 50-year-old Belleville man, was arrested and charged with the following offences and was released on an Undertaking:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Natasha Ferguson, a 35-year-old Belleville woman, was arrested and charged with the following offences and was released on an Undertaking:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Jamie Stokes, a 49-year-old Belleville woman, was arrested and charged with the following offences and was released on an Undertaking:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Justin Howard, a 43-year-old Belleville man, was arrested and charged with the following offences and was held for a bail hearing:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
· Fail to comply with probation order
· Outstanding warrant executed
Stephen Pringle, a 64-year-old Belleville man, was arrested and charged with the following offences and was released on an Undertaking:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Cocaine
