Northumberland OPP – Investigating Break and Enter in Baltimore

The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals responsible for a break and enter in the Township of Hamilton.
On March 31, 2026, at approximately 1:40 a.m., officers responded to a report of a break and enter at a service station on County Road 45 in Baltimore.

Upon arrival, police noted signs of entry and disturbance inside the premises. Investigators have determined that three suspects entered the building and stole a large quantity of cigarettes. The individuals fled the scene in a black pickup truck, travelling south on County Road 45.

A local Scenes of Crime Officer (SOCO) attended to assist with the investigation.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information, including video footage, or who can identify the individuals involved is asked to contact the Cobourg Detachment at 905-372-5421, or the OPP non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122. Reference Occurrence: E260420423.
