Quinte West OPP – Frankford Man Charged with Impaired Driving (Name Released)

The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid impaired driving charges following an incident in the city.

On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at approximately 08:00 a.m., officers responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Adrian Court. The driver was arrested and brought to the detachment for testing.

Caleb WALSH, age 23 , from Frankford, was charged with the following:

Operation while impaired – drugs

Driving while under suspension

Having care or control of a motor vehicle with liquor readily available

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on April 16, 2026. The vehicle was impounded for seven days, and their license suspended for 90 days.
