Port Hope Police – Woman Charged with Break and Enter (No Name Released)

On October 15, 2025, Port Hope Police received a report of a break and enter at a downtown business, where a laptop and cellphone were reported stolen.

Through investigation and review of video surveillance, the suspect was identified. As a result, reasonable grounds were formed to arrest the individual responsible for the offence.

On October 30, 2025, officers located and arrested a 38-year-old Port Hope female and charged her with Break and Enter – with Intent to Commit an Indictable Offence. The individual was transported to the Port Hope Police Service and released on an Undertaking with conditions.

The Port Hope Police Service reminds business owners and residents to ensure their properties are properly secured and to report any suspicious activity immediately.
