Port Hope Police – Police Training Taking Place at Port Hope High School

Port Hope Police Service wishes to advise the public that officers, along with local emergency response personnel, will be conducting emergency response training in and around Port Hope High School on the evening of Monday, October 27.

This training exercise will involve scenarios designed to simulate high-risk situations. The training will run from approximately 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with preparation activities beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Members of the public can expect to see an increased police presence in the area, including emergency response vehicles and uniformed personnel. The training site will be clearly marked with “Police Training in Progress” signage.

Port Hope Police Service appreciates the public’s understanding and cooperation as officers and emergency partners continue to train for community safety and preparedness.
