Video – Multi-Vehicle Collision Shuts Down Westbound Lanes of Highway 401 at Grafton

One person was airlifted following a three vehicle collision on Highway 401 east of Grafton on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.

At approximately 10 p.m. emergency services were dispatched to a multi-vehicle collision in the westbound lanes of Highway 401, just east of Grafton.

The westbound lanes of Highway 401 were re-routed at Percy Street in Colborne while the investigation of the scene took place.

At least one person was rushed to Northumberland Hills Hospital where they were later airlifted to a trauma centre.
