Northumberland OPP – Appealing for Information on Anniversary of Sudden Death of Roseneath Man

On the first anniversary of the incident, the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is once again seeking the public’s assistance in connection with an ongoing sudden death investigation in Roseneath.

On Sunday, August 4, 2024, shortly after 9:00 p.m., Northumberland OPP responded to a call from emergency medical services about an unresponsive individual located on a commercial property in the area of County Road 45. This individual, identified as 32-year-old Jordan GILL-BEVAN of Roseneath, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Northumberland OPP Crime Unit, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death. Investigators believe that someone knows important information surrounding the circumstances of this death and are urging anyone who may know something to come forward. Even the smallest detail could be crucial in helping to solve this case.
