Notice to motorists traveling eastbound on Highway 401 at Cobourg.
At approximately 11 p.m. a number of OPP cruisers and a MTO vehicle are located at the eastbound off-ramp at Division Street (heading south) in Cobourg.
It’s unknown what is happening, but use caution in the area.
