Belleville Police Service – Teen Hit on Scooter

On July 21st at 6:24 pm, Belleville Police responded to a call in the city’s east end regarding a teenager who had been struck by a vehicle while riding his scooter. Witnesses stated that a driver hit the teenager and then fled the scene.

The driver was located a short distance away and charged with several part III summons and is scheduled to appear in court in August 2025.

The victim did not sustain any injuries.
