Registration Now Open for Community Care Northumberland’s ‘Caring Fore Our Community’ Charity Golf Tournament

Community Care Northumberland (CCN) is pleased to announce that registration is now open for its Caring Fore Our Community Annual Charity Golf Tournament, proudly presented by Cogeco Northumberland. This year’s tournament will take place on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Shelter Valley Pines Golf Club in Grafton.

Participants can register as individuals or in foursomes by visiting www.commcare.ca. All proceeds from the event will directly support CCN’s vital community programs, making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents across Northumberland County. These include:

Nutrition services

Transportation

In-home services

Wraparound support

Wellness programs

Hospice services

Golf enthusiasts and community supporters alike are invited to mark their calendars for this exciting day of friendly competition, connection, and giving back. The tournament promises an engaging and enjoyable experience, all in support of a worthy cause.
