Durham Regional Police – Suspects Arrested After LCBO Theft in Port Perry (Names Released)

Two adult males and one male youth are facing charges for stealing liquor from a LCBO in Port Perry.

On Friday May 2, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., members from North Division responded to a theft call at the Port Perry LCBO located at 1565 7A Highway. The suspects fled the area in a stolen vehicle prior to police arrival.

Police located the stolen vehicle a short distance away after it was involved in a minor single vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 12 and Reach Street.

Three occupants were arrested at the scene without incident.

No physical injuries reported.

Further Investigation revealed that one of the accused is related to several LCBO thefts across the greater Toronto area.

Bilal GHUMMAN, age 26 from Markham is charged with numerous offences including: Theft Shoplifting Under $5000 x7; Theft Not Exceeding $500/Shoplifting; Possess Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000; Fail To Stop For Police-Pursuit; Dangerous Operation; Drive While Under Suspension and Fail To Comply With Release Order
He was held for a bail hearing.

Allah MANJ, age 19 from Vaughan is charged with numerous offences including: Theft Not Exceeding $5000/Shoplifting; Possess Property Or Thing Obtained By Crime Over $5000; Possess Property Obtained By Crime Under $5000 and Have Face Masked/Disguised, Etc.
He was held for a bail hearing.

A 17-year-old male from Vaughan is charged with numerous offences including: Theft Not Exceeding $5000/Shoplifting; Possess Property Or Thing Obtained By Crime Over $5000; Possess Property Obtained By Crime Under $5000 and Have Face Masked/Disguised, Etc.
He was release on an undertaking.
