Belleville Police – Suspect Released From Jail Didn’t Last Long

On April 26, 2025, at 8:30am, the Belleville Police attended an address on Emily Street in regards to a disturbance.

The officers learned that a 22-year-old man from Belleville was just released from jail and arrived at home to find another man in the residence.

The accused punched the male victim in the face causing some injury.

Police arrested the accused for Assault and held him for a bail hearing on April 27, 2025.
