Quinte West OPP – Three People Charged in Drug Investigation (Names Released)

Four individuals have been arrested after a drug investigation by the East Region Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) into drug trafficking in the Quinte West area.

On Thursday, March 20, 2025, members of the Street Crime Unit, assisted by the East Region Tactics and Rescue Unit, and Quinte West OPP officers, conducted an early morning traffic stop and executed a search warrant on Mill Street in Frankford.

Four people were arrested during the process without incident. Three parties were charged, and one was released without charges.

Officers seized over 34 grams of suspected cocaine, over two grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine, cash and other items associated with drug trafficking.

Tammy MACGREGOR, aged 48 from Quinte West, and Judy BROWN, aged 38 from Quinte West have been charged with one count each of possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking.

Tanner WICKENS, aged 25 from Quinte West, has been charged with three counts of failing to comply with a release order.

MACGREGOR and WICKENS were held for a bail hearing, while BROWN was released with a court date.
All parties are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
