Impaired driving is the leading criminal cause of death and injury in Canada, yet every impaired driving crash is preventable. By calling 911 and reporting suspected impaired drivers to the police, everyone can play a role in keeping roads and waterways safe. Always plan for a safe ride home, designate a sober driver, or call a friend, a relative, or a cab.
