Northumberland OPP – Person Charged with Fail to Leave Premises When Directed

On February 21, 2025, shortly after 9:30 a.m., officers received a complaint regarding an individual who had been trespassed from a commercial property on Grand Road in the Municipality of Trent Hills.

OPP arrived and following refusal to leave despite being directed by police, a 40-yearold male of no fixed address was arrested and charged with:

– Fail to leave premises when directed.

The individual is due to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice at a future date.
