Special Meeting of Northumberland County Council called for Thursday, January 30th

In addition to the regularly scheduled County Council Meeting taking place this Wednesday, January 22nd, a Special Council Meeting will take place on January 30th at 9:30 a.m. to continue discussion about potential efficiencies and cost savings, begun during 2025 budget deliberations in December.

The Special Meeting of County Council will be held in open session, however some portions may move into closed session, if required by the Municipal Act.
