An individual has been charged with failing to comply with a release order after being found without their surety.

On Saturday December 14, 2024, at approximately 12:45am, the Peterborough County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call for a ‘suspicious person’ who had been sitting in a vehicle outside a business. Employees of the business were concerned for the well being of the individual who appeared to be passed out.
