Cobourg Police – Three Men Charged with Break and Enter at Victoria Park Bandshell (No Names Released)

Three Cobourg men are facing charges after police respond to a break and enter on Friday morning.

On Friday, December 6, 2024, at approximately 3:15 a.m., police received a report that three men were
actively breaking into the bandshell at Victoria Park in Cobourg.

Police arrived on scene and arrested one male as he exited the building. Two other men were subsequently arrested.

As a result, three 30-year-old Cobourg men were jointly charged with Break and Enter.

Two males were additionally charged with Failing to comply probation and the third male was charged with possession of break in tools.

Two males were held for bail and the third was released on an Undertaking with a court date of January 15, 2025.
