Northumberland OPP – Campbellford’s Stuff a Stocking for Seniors

In Upcoming Events

The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in conjunction with Northumberland/Peterborough Crime Stoppers, are initiating the “Campbellford’s Stuff a Stocking for Seniors” with a mission to bring a little holiday cheer to those senior citizens living in retirement residences and nursing homes within the Municipality of Trent Hills.

We recognize the impact that isolation and loneliness can have on individuals, and we want our seniors to know that we care about them, and they have not been forgotten this holiday season.

Help us fill their stockings by donating items geared toward seniors. The campaign runs until Friday, December 13, 2024, with, drop off locations at the Northumberland OPP Detachment in Campbellford located at 20 Industrial Drive, Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, or at Campbellford Veterinary Services located at 176 Bridge Street West during their hours of operation.

These stockings uplift our most vulnerable community members. It is a tangible token that reminds them they are still an important part of society and cared for by members of the community.
