Cobourg Police – Male Arrested for Domestic Related Mischief (No Name Released)

On the 10th of October 2024 at 2:09am officers were dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance outside an address in the East end of Cobourg. Officers arrived and spoke to both individuals and learned that the male had damaged the female’s phone during an argument.

As a result, a 30-year-old male from Cobourg was arrested and charged with the following:

1) Mischief – destroys or damages property contrary to section 430(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

The male was later released from custody on an Undertaking with a future court date at the Ontario Court of Justice.
