Cobourg Police – Fail to Comply with Conditions (No Name Released)

A 32-year-old Cobourg woman was charged with failing to adhere to a release order.

On Sunday, September 29, 2024, at approximately 8:00 a.m., police were called to the area of King Street East in the Town of Cobourg to conduct a well-being check.

During the check, the adult female was observed to be engaged in an activity prohibited by a release order.

As a result, the 32-year-old Cobourg woman was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a release order.

The accused was held for a bail hearing and later released on her recognizance with a future court date.
