Update – Cobourg Police – Road Rage Incident

With the assistance of tips received from the public, the Cobourg Police Service has identified the involved vehicle in an ongoing investigation of a road rage incident that took place on Monday afternoon in Cobourg.

On August 12, 2024, at approximately 3:20 p.m., a silver SUV was travelling southbound on Division Street, approaching Elgin Street, when the occupants of another vehicle confronted the driver and passenger.

During the confrontation, damage was done to the SUV.

With the assistance of tips from the public, officers have identified the involved vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing. An update will be provided as information is available.
