Peterborough Police – Indecent Act Arrest (No Name Released)

A 53-year-old Peterborough man is facing charges after an incident Monday morning.

At approximately 11:00am on August 12, 2024, officers were called to a section of George Street near Westcott Street.  Upon arrival, they learned that a man had been running out into traffic and exposing himself.  Officers located a man matching the description given to police and took him into custody without incident.

As a result of the investigation, a 53-year-old Peterborough man was arrested and charged with:

  • Indecent Act- public place
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The accused was held in custody and appeared in court on Monday, August 12, 2024.
