Cobourg Police Service seeking the assistance of the public to locate stolen property.

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, May 14, 2024, unknown suspects cut through fencing and entered onto private property near Cobourg Creek and King Street West in the Town of Cobourg.

An Oregon RFID tag reader was stolen from the property, belonging to a group of university students in the area studying aquatic life and fish habitats through the Fisheries Department.

The Cobourg Police Service is asking for anyone with information to contact us at 905-372-6821 or anonymously via Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or www.stopcrimehere.ca.
