Update – Sign of the Times in Cobourg

In News

It’s a sad fact that not only happens in Cobourg, but other towns and cities across Ontario and Canada.

The Warming Hub, Transition House are available, there is the encampment in Cobourg’s east end, but still people sleep in the kiosks of banks and even on cardboard boxes at The Blue Box.

At The Blue Box, it might be considered a fire hazard with the person sleeping on cardboard, lighter in one hand and tin foil in another.

(Editors note: After checking with Transition House there were four beds available along with The Warming Hub)
