Port Hope Police – Port Hope Woman Charged with Various Offences Including Kidnapping Regarding 13-Year-Old (No Name Given)

A 37-year-old Port Hope woman has been charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old victim.  A warrant will be sought for the co-accused, a 38-year-old Scarborough male.

The female was charged with the following:

Sexual Interference

Sexual Assault on a person under 16

Forcible Confinement

Administer a noxious thing

Kidnapping

The above charges stem from an 11-month long investigation.
