The Town of Cobourg Legislative Services Division would like to inform all residents that a Special Meeting of Council will take place, Monday, December 4, 2023. In accordance with Section 239 of the Municipal Act S.O. 2001 Council will meet in Closed Session to discuss items that are subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose (s. 239 (2) (f)).
Please be advised that pursuant to Section 5.11 of the Town of Cobourg Procedural By-law a Special Meeting has ben called of Cobourg Municipal Council scheduled to begin at 4:00 P.M.
for the purposes of adjourning into a Closed Session. The Public will see a Closed Session screen on the livestream of the Special Meeting indicating Council is in Closed Session.
