Security Company Keeps an Eye on the Homeless Encampment in Cobourg

A security company from Belleville watches over the homeless encampment located at 600 William Street in Cobourg on Saturday, August 26, 2023.

The encampment was previously located along the shoreline of Lake Ontario in Cobourg before a number of people moved the encampment to William Street.
