Cobourg Police – Arrest for Assault (No Name Released)

On Tuesday, August 15th, 2023, at approximately 9:00pm, officers were called to an address in the northwest area of Cobourg for a report of a domestic assault.

After investigation, a 41-year-old female resident of Cobourg was arrested and charged with the following offence:

1) Assault(spousal) contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code.

The accused was released on an Undertaking with a future court date in September 2023.
