West Northumberland Wild Conclude Season with Year End Banquet and Awards Ceremony

The West Northumberland Wild concluded the 2021/2022 season with their year end banquet and awards ceremony at the Cobourg Lion’s Community Centre on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.

Over 300 players, parents, coaches, volunteers, sponsors and guests attended the banquet to celebrate the achievements of the young female athletes in Northumberland County.

Players from each team were presented awards of Most Improved, Most Valuable, Most Sportsmanlike, and Perseverance.

Eleanore Coyle of the U18 B team was presented with the Grace Bowen Perseverance Award; An award presented to a player who most closely represents Grace Bowen and her unique beauty, kind, thoughtful, and generous personality.
