Cobourg Police – Man Arrested for Mischief to Property

On October 29, 2021, police were advised of damage to a property downtown Cobourg caused by spray paint.

Police investigation and evidence gathered revealed the identity of the person responsible for the damage.

On November 1, 2021, while on general patrol, police observed the person at a local business and subsequently placed him under arrest.

As a result, Bryson DAM, a 26-year-old man of Cobourg, was arrested and charged with

1. Mischief under $5000 contrary to sec 430(4) of the Criminal Code

The man was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.
