Quinte West OPP – Mischief Charge Laid After Sand Dumped on Vehicle

The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual after a vehicle was damaged.

On September 3, 2021, at approximately 2:45 p.m., Quinte West OPP responded to an address on Flying Club Road in Quinte West where it was reported that someone had allegedly used a large truck to dump a load of sand onto the complainant’s vehicle. As a result, one person was arrested.< /p>

Michael THROWER, 49 years old of Quinte West has been charged with Mischief under $5000.

The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on October 7, 2021.
