Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

On the afternoon of Saturday, April 10, 2021, a woman currently sought by the Cobourg Police Service on the
strength of an outstanding arrest warrant attended the Cobourg Police Station to turn herself in to police
custody.


As a result, 45 -year-old Patricia SASS of Cobourg was arrested and charged with the following:

Fail to Comply with Appearance Notice – Court/Fingerprinting Contrary to Section 145(3)of the
Criminal Code

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00 Contrary to Section 355(b) of the Criminal
Code

Fraud Under $5,000.00 Contrary to Section 380(1)(b) of the Criminal Code

Drawing Document Without Authority Contrary to Section 374(b) of the Criminal Code

Utter Forged Document Contrary to Section 368(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

Fail to Attend Court Contrary to Section 145(2) of the Criminal Code

SASS was held in police custody and scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on April 11, 2021.
