Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested for Theft and Fail to Comply with Probation

On the afternoon of Thursday, March 25, 2021, uniform members of the Cobourg Police Service were dispatched
to a residence on Spencer Street after a report of a suspicious person on private property.


As a result of the investigation, 34-year-old Tiffany Bowen of Cobourg was arrested and charged with the
following offences:

Fail to Comply with Probation contrary to section 733.1(1) Criminal Code of Canada

Theft Under $5000 contrary to section 334(b) Criminal Code of Canada

Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 contrary to section 355(b) Criminal Code of
Canada


Bowen was released with a future court date.
