City of Kawartha Lakes OPP – Seeking Public’s Assistance

The City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking the public’s assistance in relation to a break and enter that resulted in extensive property damage.


On March 5, 2021 the OPP attended the Gaming Nature Center located on Pigeon Lake Road and initiated an investigation. The officer noted that entry was gained into an outbuilding and the exhibits were destroyed. It is currently undetermined when this occurred. Damage is estimated at $20 000.00.
