Cobourg Police – Man Arrested on Warrant

On the afternoon of Tuesday, February 23, 2021, officers with the Durham Regional Police Service located a man sought by the Cobourg Police Service on the strength of an outstanding arrest warrant.
As a result of a subsequent investigation, 20-year-old Trent WICE of Bowmanville was arrested and charged with:

  1. Failing to Attend Court After Having Appeared Contrary to Section 145(2)(b) of the Criminal Code
  2. Assault Contrary to Section 267(b) of the Criminal Code
    WICE was transported to the Cobourg Police Station, where he was later released with a future court date.
