Collision in Alnwick/Haldimand Township Sends Both Drivers to Hosptial

The drivers of two vehicles involved in a collision were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries on Saturday, January 2, 2021.

At approximately 1:45 p.m. emergency services were dispatched to the area of County Road 45 near Elder Road.

At press time it’s still unknown what occurred, but the driver’s of a pickup truck and SUV were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The truck impacted the SUV so extensively that it crushed the interior passenger side.

County Road 45 was shut down for approximately 45-minutes for emergency services.
