Cobourg Police – Bicycle Rider Faces $110 Fine for Improper Lighting After Collision with Vehicle

A bicycle rider is facing a $110 fine after being involved in a collision in Cobourg on November 11, 2020.

At approximately 7:30 p.m. emergency crews were dispatched to a bicycle rider and vehicle collided in the area of Division Street and Spencer Street in Cobourg.

Neither the rider of the bicycle or the driver of the vehicle was injured, but Cobourg Police say the bicycle rider was charged with improper lighting.
