Cobourg Police – Woman Arrested for Fail to Comply with Probation Order

On Wednesday, October 21st, 2020, at approximately 2:00 pm, members of the Cobourg Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch and the Port Hope Police Service Criminal Investigations Branch arrested a woman in the municipality of Port Hope on an outstanding arrest warrant held by the Cobourg Police Service.

32-year-old Cobourg resident Tammy MARLOW was charged with the following offences:

1. Fail to Comply with Undertaking, contrary to Section 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada x2

2. Fail to Comply with Release Order, contrary to Section 145(5)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada x3

The accused was held for a show cause bail hearing later today.
